Lafond Aviation, Incorporated will construct an Emergency Plan for the ambulatory entrance and exit as well as placement of medical resources. This will include First Aid station(s), Helicopter Pad, Signage Locations and transportation of doctors or injured on the airport. We will meet and coordinate with local Fire Department, Red Cross, EMS, Airport Crash/Fire/Rescue (CFR), area hospitals and the closest burn center prior to the event to insure adequate notice is given in the event that they are needed.

Lafond Aviation, Incorporated will provide planning and management of all concession vendors, both food and non-food. We will secure adequate variety of concessionaires for the enjoyment of all spectators. We will secure contractual arrangements with vendors to ensure there will be enough food for all spectators. We will also assist in procuring Aircraft Rides for the spectators who wish to expand their horizons. Concessionaires will bring revenues and a festival atmosphere to your air show. All concessionaires will provide adequate insurance and compliance with Federal, State and local ordinances.

Lafond Aviation, Incorporated will design an Air Show line up that is not only exciting, but, fast paced and entertaining. This will include all aspects of negotiating the best deal for your organization for the lowest dollars-per-minute of show cost possible. We will arrange for the pilots and crews arrival, accommodations and requirements to secure more "Bang for the Buck". We will arrange for the performers to be available for television, radio and newspaper interviews and promotional rides for the free publicity of your air show.

Lafond Aviation, Incorporated can provide planning and management services for Special Guests, VIP's, Master of Ceremonies, Local Band and Color Guards. We will also assist in the Saturday Night events including dinner, auction, special ceremonies and social activities.

Lafond Aviation, Incorporated will plan for the aircraft flight line and coordinate with the local Fixed Base Operator (FBO) for aircraft maintenance and support services such as chocks, tow bars, auxiliary power units (APU), tug, windscreen cleaning and the like. We will also plan and coordinate aircraft fluids such as fuel, oil, smoke oil and the like.

Lafond Aviation, Incorporated will plan and make arrangements for pyrotechnic displays. We will coordinate with the Federal, State and local authorities to transport and store the explosives. As well as ensure the pyrotechnic team has the proper credentials and safety measures in place to insure the spectators and performers are kept at a save distance.

Lafond Aviation, Incorporated will plan for the trash that builds up and lead your Volunteer Coordinator in the tasks of finding a group of hard working young people to collect this trash and dispose of it properly. We will also help coordinate clean up details for not only the Air Show, but the other entertainment events.

Lafond Aviation, Incorporated will plan and coordinate with the FAA, Airport Authorities, Air Carriers at the airport, Police Department, Fire Department and FBO's. We will conduct briefings for the crash personnel and all pilots involved with the show. We will also insure that all pilots are qualified to perform, have all the necessary paperwork & credentials and are present at the briefing.

Lafond Aviation, Incorporated will provide an experienced Director of Flight Operations (Air Boss) that will make your show Fun for the crowd and keep the show SAFE for all. He has the expertise that your show needs to keep the crowds coming back year after year.

Lafond Aviation, Incorporated will conduct a Post-Show Review of all operational issues. We will review all aspects of the show to be able to conduct a better show the following year. This review will be conducted as an open forum for all key personnel to express problems, bottlenecks and issues to keep improving each show.
